Daily reading: Revelation Chapter 4 thru Chapter 7

Key verses: Revelation 7:10-12

What a magnificent picture we have of worship in the throne room of God.  The Father is on the throne and the Lamb, Jesus, is at His right hand.  The presence of God commands our worship.  Worship is more than listening or singing a slow song.  In worship we should be preoccupied with the Lord.  Worship is not a spectator's event, we don't watch it, we participate in worship.  Worship is our opportunity to connect with the Living God.  This can take place alone, with a few people, or with many.  When one engages in true worship, God's presence is so near it is as if you can reach out and touch Him.  Once you have tasted the kind of worship that captures your heart and arrests your soul -- nothing less will satisfy.  Nothing else will even come close.  Once true worship has been experienced, you will never want to play church again.

Though there are many forms of worship; the beauty is there is only one God. We have no need of worrying about who we should worship. There is only one true living God that deserves all glory, praise and honor. I am most thankful that I have the ability to worship Him for who He is, what He's doing and whe He is going to do. God is truly amazing (is what i gathered through conversation w/ my uncle this morning), and His power is never to be under estimated! Praise Him, worship Him, and honor Him with all your being- He is just that great! He is the Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come! HALLELUAH, in Jesus name- Amen.

When I read the scriptures I got so excited when the Lamb of God showed up. There was no one in the heavens or on earth that was worthy of opening the scroll with the seven seals, but Jesus! Thank you God for Jesus! God is worthy to be praised! When I think of all that Jesus has done for us, I cannot say “Thank you Jesus” enough. About four years ago, I went to a church in Houston and the preacher said “Thank you Jesus” over and over. Forgive me Lord for getting annoyed with that preacher. Since then I have come to know that I cannot thank him enough. When I think about my past, present, and future, I have to say THANK YOU JESUS!

Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen

How is that people can come under the knowledge of things like this and keep themselves from engaging to spread this to everyone who don’t know. An example of someone who did that on a large scale is in our history books named Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who was a teacher – pastor who took the concept of the Body of Christ and God’s divine principles in His word and put them in action. God used him, God can use any body, God can use me, God can use YOU. Like Pastor Baker said once you really experienced sincere, “God this is all I got” worship there afterwards you would never settle for playing church.

Those angels were RIGHT THERE before GOD and worshiped Him. Christian you are RIGHT HERE before GOD. What are you doing?

Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen
